The minimum bending radius of the lightweight components can reach 0.5 meters. After long-term experiments, it has been verified that the lightweight components have no hidden cracks and no power attenuation. The lightweight components can be more suitable for more complex installation surfaces, and have a better appearance effect.
The independently developed "lightweight and high-strength material" can provide excellent protection and support for the rigid and brittle crystalline silicon solar cell panels, ensuring their "unharmed" state even under the powerful impact of an ice ball.
After the DH1000+ ice ball impact composite test, the solar cell panels showed no damage and the power loss was only 0.71%! (DH 1000: temperature 85 ℃, humidity 85%, 1000 hours; ice ball impact: ice ball diameter 25 mm, ice ball speed 23 m/s) - The above results are from the TUV ice ball test data. For detailed results, please refer to the TUV test report.
